Code of Conduct for MSPs - proposed revisions to implement the recommendations contained in the Joint Working Group's Report on Sexual Harassment and Sexist Behaviour - Protection of identity of alleged victim
The Committee also agreed that the non-disclosure requirements set out in the Code should be extended to require members not to disclose the identity of an individual who was the subject of a complaint against a member in relation to that member’s behaviour.

Conclusions
The Committee is content with the provision regarding the Electronic Communications Code. However, the Committee notes with concern the extremely tight timeframe given to the Scottish Parliament for the consideration of those elements of the UK Digital Economy Bill that are the subject of the Memorandum.
