Scottish Income Tax performance remains strong – Scotland outperformed the rest of the UK in both tax and earnings growth for both 2022-23 and 2023-24. Scottish Income Tax policy for 2025-26 will be announced during the annual Budget process.

To ask the Scottish Government, further to the answer to question S6W-12374 by Humza Yousaf on 5 December 2022, whether the cytosponge diagnostic service is now available in all island NHS boards.
This represents a reduction of 70% from the peak of just over 7,200 people in November 2022 The next statistical release on the Ukraine Sponsorship Scheme in Scotland will be published by the Scottish Government on 29 August 2024.
In the 4 year period to 31st March 2023 the Scottish Growth Scheme has invested £66.8 million in businesses as follows: 2019-20 = £13 million 2020-21 = £21.3 million 2021-22 = £17.5 million 2022-23 = £15 million S6W-25344

To ask the Scottish Government whether it is taking steps to ensure that the annual payment of a dividend by Ardrossan Harbour Co Ltd to the parent company, Peel Ports, between 2017-18 and 2022-23 is considered as part of the revised business case for the Ardrossan Harbour upgrade.
