With regard to the media, the Scottish Government established a process shortly after the creation of the Scottish Parliament where all parliamentary questions answered that day are forwarded to an e-mail distribution list of journalists who have asked to receive the information but only after they have been sent to MSPs. People got in touch with me as soon as the announcement was made that, as of 27 October, certain people who were previously entitled to a replacement central heating system would now be excluded. There is no MSP who has not had correspondence from pensioners on the issue.

I seek further clarification. I am sure that every MSP in the Parliament has anecdotal evidence from their constituencies and regions that the community wardens are valuable, although others espouse viewpoints that are the exact opposite.
