Introduction
The Transport (Scotland) Bill ("the Bill") was introduced to the Scottish Parliament by Derek Mackay MSP, Cabinet Secretary for Finance and the Constitution, on 8 June 2018.
Suggesting instead “Higher taxes to support public sector job creation.” Fair Start Scotland and UK employment programmes Fair Start Scotland was criticised for having a poor rate of job outcomes for disabled people (Inclusion Scotland) and single parents (OPFS).

Petitioner submission of 14 March 2024 PE1859/RR: Retain falconers' rights to practise upland falconry in Scotland During the passage of PE1859, I have reported a number of times of the direct impact of current legislation upon my Golden Eagles.
Surely this makes sense as we have but one opportunity to get this right and it may avoid unnecessary legal action which would otherwise be inevitable.
We appreciate that these suggestions/concerns cannot all be answered by the Cost of Living (Tenant Protection) (Scotland) Act 2022 (Amendment of Expiry Date) (No. 2) Regulations 2023.
