It would be reasonable to write to the Scottish Government to ask what processes it has in place to address the point that the petitioner has made; whether, indeed, the petitioner has a point; whether, in light of the petition, it will ensure that changes take place; and what benefit there is in producing reports if there is no need for implementation.
