I would appreciate your guidance on an important matter, Presiding Officer, and I am sure that the Parliament would too. Could all MSPs—and Stewart Stevenson in particular—be encouraged to abide by the aspirational aspects laid out in our code of conduct?

For example, in our consideration of section 8 of the code of conduct for members of the Scottish Parliament, we have tried to ensure that MSPs and constituents are treated with equal opportunities in mind, which is about mainstreaming equalities rather than considering equalities separately.
