Lord James Douglas-Hamilton made a pertinent point when he said that the closure of Abercorn primary would have an impact on schools in Linlithgow that are approaching capacity, particularly primary schools.When I say that I am an MSP for Lothians, people think that that means only Edinburgh—it does not.
