Stage 1 Report on the Leases (Automatic Continuation etc.) (Scotland) Bill - Consultation
The Discussion Paper examined the topics on leases highlighted in the SLC’s Tenth Programme of Law Reform as well as an additional topic on the law of “irritancy” (i.e. the landlord’s right to terminate a lease early where a tenant has breached the contract).
