Appointment of valuer by parties 2 (1) This paragraph applies where a notice of resumption has been given under section 32ZA(2). (2) The landlord must appoint as valuer— (a) the person nominated in the notice given under section 32ZA(2), provided sub-paragraph (3) does not apply, or (b) the person agreed on as the valuer by the parties during negotiations under sub-paragraph (5).
