The grants will comprise a £1,500 community recovery grant for those whose properties have been flooded, and a £3,000 business recovery grant for businesses, community groups and organisations impacted by flooding.

To ask the Scottish Government whether it will introduce a dedicated elective recovery plan to tackle the reported backlog of patients waiting to receive elective surgery.
We are committed to increasing residential rehabilitation placements and getting more women into treatment and recovery. This includes keeping families together when it is appropriate to do so
As such, it is impossible to tell whether the Bill will lead to the wholesale fragmentation of the Crown Estate in Scotland or whether the impact of this Bill on the day-to-day operation of the Crown Estate will be low.
Similarly, we successfully monitored Scotland’s designated bathing waters. In the key headline areas of priority, therefore, we continued to deliver during the year, but it was extremely difficult.
