Local Alcohol Profiles were produced by ISD in both 2004 and 2006. These were replaced with a Local Drug and Alcohol Information publication which was first published in 2008 and subsequently in 2010.
I welcome the commitment by the Scottish Government at the start of the debate to commission and produce a five-year fiscal sustainability report and the invitation to other parties to contribute to that, but I have a couple of questions for the Government.
In particular, we should be grateful to the people around the world who have worked on inventing and producing vaccines. We are fortunate in Scotland and the UK to have rolled them out so quickly—I think that only Israel has been significantly ahead of us.
The purpose of the formal response that the Government is compelled to produce within eight weeks, which is part of the parliamentary process, is to answer the questions that the committee asks.
