I was fortunate to have a valuable meeting with my partner, John Hiwa, who is the member for Ntcheu West; other MSPs met their partners. Does the minister agree that extending that twinning scheme would only strengthen local links with Malawi and contribute to increased mutual benefits for both countries in the partnership?
