(Scotland) Act 2008) expires on the date on which this Act comes into force. 20 (2) The Scottish Ministers may by regulations make transitional, transitory or saving provision in connection with the expiry under subsection (1) of paragraph 46 of schedule 21 of the Coronavirus Act 2020. (3) Regulations under this section may make different provision for different purposes or areas. 25 (4) Regulations under this section are subject to the negative procedure. 6 Commencement This Act comes into force on the day after Royal Assent. 7 Short title The short title of this Act is the Coronavirus (Discretionary Compensation for 30 Self-isolation) (Scotland) Act 2022.
