I am sure that everyone will know that a Monday morning meeting can often take a while to get going, but that was absolutely not the case in this situation.

I am sure that he will shortly let stakeholders know how they can get involved. We have published our response to the 12 full recommendations and I will provide a summary of some of the key areas today.
That discussion being held has—the Conservatives aside—been largely welcomed by stakeholders, including people who will get the qualifications and people who will look at those qualifications, whether they are in other parts of the education sector or on the employment side.
We have never had it on rates and bands and things like that, and I do not think that we will ever get it. It is a political lever and not something that we would actively lobby for or comment on.
