Holyrood Committee makes no recommendation on the general principles of the Assisted Dying Bill, saying the vote is a ‘matter of conscience’
Liam McArthur MSP introduced the Assisted Dying for Terminally Ill Adults (Scotland) Bill in the Scottish Parliament on 27 March 2024.
The Bill would establish a process to enable people in Scotland to legally access assisted dying through self-administered means.

Land Reform (Scotland) Bill - Reforming small landholdings legislation
