We want the UK to ratify the international criminal court statute; there is no doubt about that. We urge MSPs to support the bill, but we have identified ways in which the bill could and should be enhanced.
In the area that I represent, and speaking as a constituency MSP, there are concerns that certain environmental bodies would object to many developments that local people would consider to be in keeping with all four aims in the bill.
