I am well aware of the terms of the ministerial code—I am probably more aware of them than Jackie Baillie is—and I do not consider that I breached the ministerial code.
The aspects of the combined code that are specific to the 2002 act also align with equivalent codes that have been issued by the United Kingdom Government under part 5 of that act.
To ask the Scottish Government what steps it is taking to ensure that people visiting rural Scotland, including the Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park, are aware of the Scottish Outdoor Access Code. S6O-00886
