Let us look in a bit more detail at one issue that affects every constituency and every MSP: housing. The reality of housing in Scotland is that we have 155,000 on housing waiting lists.

It appears that parliamentary sovereignty applies to Westminster and to the House of Commons, but not to this chamber. As MSPs, we are simply in the way and an annoyance to be ignored or trampled over on the way to Brexit.
