On 26 August 2020, the Committee launched a call for views asking respondents to comment on the Scottish Government’s intention to expire some of the provisions in Coronavirus Scotland Acts early and to extend the operation of other provisions in the Acts to 31 March 2020, as set out in the following two instruments—
