If the Government’s guidance, which will be provided through amendment 54, will not cover the areas that MSPs are raising, will the cabinet secretary clarify which areas will be covered by the guidance?
We are hugely grateful to Juliet Harris and all Together Scotland’s staff and directors for their efforts. I am very aware that many MSPs—past and present—have campaigned for children’s rights, needs and interests, and have moved us on in the journey to get here.
My first question follows a running theme throughout the meeting, which is messaging and communication around the festive bubble. I know that the inboxes of many MSPs are full of lots of questions. I will read out one email, which is typical.
