Do you co-ordinate with those strategies to ensure that you are not creating a visitor attraction with a lot of children's facilities when in fact the local pitch is to older people? Similarly, if an area is being targeted at the family sector, are you creating children's facilities?

You are right that about two years ago Stena Line introduced the high-speed sea service ferry—the HSS—which cost £65 million and is the size of a football pitch. Boarding it is more like stepping into an airport lounge than stepping on to a ship.
