However, I can give you the update on the policing figures to 9 December, which are important overall. Between 27 March and 9 December, 6,126 fixed-penalty notices were issued.
It is also, at this stage, far less rapid than it was in March. However, it is rising faster than we can be comfortable with and we cannot let it continue unchecked.
On page 15 of your report, you say: “The lack of clarity for Brexit beyond March 2019 is already starting to have an impact on key economic indicators for Scotland.”
Will it be completed before Brexit goes ahead in March 2019? As Garry Mournian said, work is being done on financial consequences, which will be aligned with the budget processes.

We will look at what that means for Scotland and for our next delivery plan, which is due for publication by the end of March 2026. The Scottish Government is committed to doing all that we can to eradicate child poverty and the UK Government must do so too; the strategy must be its crucial first step and not the only step.
