The National Induction framework was launched on the 1st of February 2022, and materials are available via the SSSC website: Work is ongoing to further develop materials to ensure the framework offers a robust and supportive induction for all social care staff.

To ask the Scottish Government (a) how many and (b) what percentage of probationer teachers are set to be allocated to each local authority in 2022-23 as part of the Teacher Induction Scheme.
To aid with this, the Scottish Government provided additional funding of £25m, announced as part of the 2022-23 Budget, to relieve pressure on the adult social care sector to ensure care can be delivered safely to those who need it.
