Can she confirm that they will operate across rural areas as well as urban areas? I ask that as an MSP for a rural area that is not viewed as having significant deprivation, but the existing health visitors are having to deliver classes in basic parenting skills for young people.

I will not dwell on that, but it is important for my constituents—I hope that you do not mind, convener—that I say that in my day-to-day activities as an MSP in Glasgow I see bag loads of community spirit, but I do not see a lot of community empowerment, although it is there and it is growing.
