Electoral Commission: administrative provision 30 Reimbursement of Commission’s costs 30 (1) The SPCB must reimburse the Electoral Commission for any expenditure properly incurred by the Commission that is attributable to the carrying out of the Commission’s functions under this Act. (1A) Subsection (1) does not require the SPCB to reimburse any expenditure which exceeds or is otherwise not covered by an estimate or, as the case may be, a revised estimate 35 approved under section 31. Report on referendum 15 29 Report on the conduct of the referendum (1) As soon as practicable after the referendum, the Electoral Commission must prepare and lay before the Scottish Parliament a report on the conduct of the referendum. (2) The report must include a summary of— (a) how the Commission have carried out their functions under this Act, 20 (b) the expenditure incurred by the Commission in carrying out those functions. (3) The Chief Counting Officer must provide the Commission with such information as they may require for the purposes of the report.
