Alasdair Rankin is quite right and we should adopt his recommendation. In my experience as an MSP, when people are being chosen for private bill committees, a fairly strict line is taken.

I met them in the company of Iain Gray, who was then the MSP for the area. While we are thinking about transporting things out of Oxgangs, perhaps we could think about transporting other people out of Oxgangs, such as the current representative.More seriously, I have great sympathy with the principle that we should recycle goods and maximise all resources.
