Inquiry into a Just Transition to net zero for the Grangemouth area - Conclusions and Recommendations
As the Scottish Government develops its "dedicated and focused Grangemouth just transition plan" to "chart a vision for the cluster to 2024" the Committee recommends that the Scottish Government establish a clear and concise definition of what is meant by "just transition" to inform this and future plans.
