Graham Simpson MSP response on Scottish Parliament Recall and Removal of Members Bill

The aim is to give the new mechanisms of recall equivalent flexibility as similar orders to deal with elections u nder section 12 of the Scotland Act and regulations dealing with recall at a UK level in section 18 of the Recall of MPs Act 2015.
