Under the Equality Act 2010 (Specific Duties) (Scotland) Regulations 2012, which is a superb piece of legislation that was produced by the Scottish Parliament, we have to produce an annual equality and diversity workforce monitoring report.
Contempt of court is an important sanction in relation to situations where someone has already destroyed information that they were required to produce. Perhaps this point will answer Gordon Lindhurst’s question directly.
