However, the Scottish Government said that, as at March 2021, the quality of engagement with the UK government at official and Ministerial level had, so far, been “hugely disappointing.”2McKee, I. (2021, March 4).
Can the cabinet secretary assure us that she will take a cautious approach, and that she will not spend in December or January money that we might need in February or March? There are no guarantees that we will get additional funding from the UK Government.
