The difference is that, in England and Wales, the British Holiday and Home Park Association represents about 600 residential parks but, in Scotland, it represents 41 residential parks with something like 1,862 pitches. It is said that there are about 4,000 pitches in Scotland, but I do not believe that.

I do not think that that can be delivered when there are 13 or 15 bodies pitching in the same pool. I compare that, because I must, with the situation down south: England has 30 strategic health authorities for 60 million people, whereas Scotland has 15 health boards for 5 million people.
