To ask the Scottish Government when it plans to establish a City Centre Recovery Task Force. The City Centre Recovery Taskforce was established in 2021 to identify actions to support city centre recovery from the effects of the COVID pandemic.
This evidence base is needed before a view can be taken as to whether the temporary provisions in this Bill should be made permanent in future legislation.
As the lead committee, the Committee is considering the Leases (Automatic Continuation etc.) (Scotland) Bill.
