Financial Memorandum Transport (Scotland) Bill

The Bus Emission Abatement Retrofit (BEAR) programme was launched by Transport Scotland in early 2018 with grant award being allocated in March 2018. £1.6 million was allocated to BEAR Phase 1 in 2017/18, with approximately £7.8 million being allocated to BEAR Phase 2 in 2018/19.
