I have already mentioned the social return on investment report by Impact Arts; I am sure that many MSPs were at the launch of the report by Edinburgh Cyrenians on its partnership working with the City of Edinburgh Council and its interventions to prevent people from becoming homeless, all of which saved the council money in rent arrears and so on.
