Licensing authority 10 4 Local council is licensing authority (1) The council for the area that includes the site in which a travelling funfair is to be operated is the licensing authority for the operation of the funfair there. (2) “Council” means a council constituted under the Local Government etc (Scotland) Act 1994. 15 Applications for licences 5 Application for licence: essential procedure, content etc (1) This section has effect for determining whether an application for a licence is a valid application.
