I say to both of you, as I have said previously, that the sub-committee functions on the basis that it represents other committees, so I will take questions from members of the sub-committee first, before I take questions from visiting MSPs. It is everybody’s responsibility, not only ministers’ but constituency MSPs’ responsibility, to encourage local businesses to make young people their business—that is the programme—and get as many young people employed as possible.
If any member does not want to move their amendment when it is called, they should say, “Not moved.” Any other MSP can move the amendment, but I will not specifically invite other members to do so.
The only thing that I would add is to repeat the invitation to MSPs to visit any of the sites. One or two of your colleagues have come to Glasgow and have found that useful.
