Legislative Consent Memorandum: delegated powers relevant to Scotland in the Health and Care Bill

Clause 85 makes amendments to the Medicines and Medical Devices Act 2021 which provides a power to require NHS Digital to collect information on the use of medicines on a UK-wide basis, including information from within devolved administrations and private healthcare providers regarding the safety, quality and efficacy of human medicines and the improvement of clinical decision-making in relation to human medicines.
