College regionalisation inquiry

In June 2022, the Cabinet Secretary for Education and Skills announced that the Scottish Qualifications Authority is going to be replaced by a new qualifications body in 2024. The Scottish Government has also commissioned the Independent Review of Qualifications and Assessment, which is being chaired by Professor Louise Hayward.

Fisheries governance after Brexit

Annex 35 contains a list of shared stocks and it specifies the percentage of the TAC that shall be shared between the EU and the UK in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 onwards. TACs in place at the end of this period would continue to apply beyond 2026 unless the parties agree otherwise.
