You said “in due course”. Before I became an MSP, the late Sir Alex Fergusson said that I should avoid the issue of deer in Parliament but that we surely would have it sorted out by then.
How did you arrive at the 60 per cent and 25 per cent figures in proposed new subsections (3A)(f) and (3A)(g)? As a South Scotland MSP, did you take into account whether it was possible to achieve those specific figures?
