The Scottish Government has no plans at present to review existing regulations but we will continue to monitor complaints received by ministers and MSPs. Regulations cannot eradicate all fireworks related incidents but they have reduced them significantly.

He told the readership of The Sun that, even before the new policies would be known by Johann Lamont or any other MSP, “You will read it first in The Sun.”That strikes me as a pretty cosy relationship.
We have received apologies from Gordon MacDonald MSP, who is unable to attend, although he has submitted some written questions through his colleagues.
That is my family’s story, which I know is echoed in many MSPs’ family stories. It is the story of people who have contributed massively to our nation’s story and to the communities that we live in today.
