I honestly believe that, if the bill does nothing else, it will open up the discussion about death and end-of-life choices and about what the mum, dad, husband, wife, son or daughter wants or does not want.

I do not know whether you have visited Shotts but, unless you live in Shotts village, it is a challenge to get there. Where we saw father and son visits working, they were really good, because they allow the child to have contact with their father.
