Future engagement with the EU focuses on engagement with the European Union's Strategic Agenda for 2020-2024. In addition, in March 2021, the Scottish Government published Steadfastly European, Scotland's past, present and future.
However, the key drivers for such planning will be the heat networks target, the heat networks bill and the 2024 heating target for new-build properties.
