I have had similar issues to those that Maureen Watt mentioned in helping constituents. There are areas, such as the Raith estate in Cardenden, where private estates are negligent in the maintenance of their land and flooding is created because they have not cleared the old trees and debris that block culverts, as Nigel Don rightly stated.
