General 11 Ancillary provision (1) The Scottish Ministers may by regulations make any incidental, supplementary or 15 consequential provision they consider appropriate for the purposes of, in connection with or for giving full effect to this Act or any provision made under it. (2) Regulations made under this section may— (a) make different provision for different purposes, (b) modify any enactment (including this Act). 20 (3) Regulations under this section— (a) are subject to the affirmative procedure if they add to, replace or omit any part of the text of an Act, (b) are otherwise subject to the negative procedure. 12 Interpretation 25 In this Act— “community wealth building partner” has the meaning given by section 5(3)(b), “community wealth building partnership” has the meaning given by section 5(3)(a), “economic operators” means any person who offers the execution of works, the supply of products or the provision of services on the market, 30 “relevant public bodies” has the meaning given by section 5(8), “specified public bodies” has the meaning given by section 10(2). 13 Commencement (1) This section and sections 11, 12 and 14 come into force on the day after Royal Assent. (2) The other provisions of this Act come into force on such day as the Scottish Ministers 35 may by regulations appoint.
