Natural Environment (Scotland) Bill: consideration in advance of Stage 3 - How Part 4 was amended at Stage 2

The amendment requires NatureScot to prepare a draft control agreement no later than three months after forming that view, providing greater certainty and ensuring timely engagement with landowners and occupiers. Rhoda Grant MSP said that this and associated amendments were to introduce clear timescales and to add transparency in that regard.
