Membership 10 2 (1) Consumer Scotland is to consist of— (a) a member appointed by the Scottish Ministers to chair Consumer Scotland, and (b) at least 2 but no more than 4 other members appointed by the Scottish Ministers. (2) A member is appointed for such period not exceeding 5 years as the Scottish Ministers determine. 15 (3) The Scottish Ministers may reappoint as a member a person who is, or has been, a member of Consumer Scotland.
