The Care Home Services (Visits to and by Care Home Residents) (Scotland) Regulations 2026 [draft] - Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee Consideration

The DPLR Committee made no recommendations in relation to the instrument but, in relation to regulation 8, welcomed that the Scottish Government now intends to publish the Code of Practice in advance of the requirement coming into force, and highlighted to the lead committee its correspondence with the Scottish Government on this point.
