That would not be socially acceptable and it would not meet the criteria against which a school's use of flexibility would be assessed, which are outlined in the document "Flexibility in the Secondary School Curriculum: emerging practice". It seemed strange that the figures for the costs of antisocial behaviour orders were obtained from research. If I was going to buy something, I would ask somebody who had already bought it how much it cost rather than commission research.
