They may not like the party that the constituency MSP represents or they may not like that MSP; or a regional MSP may have a well-known expertise in a particular field in which the constituent has an interest.I do not think that an MSP has a greater or lesser duty according to whether they are a regional MSP or a constituency MSP, or that there is any distinction between list and constituency MSPs.
