The expansion of early learning and childcare - Service model
As part of the expansion, the Scottish Government has set out new Service Model for the delivery of funded ELC which will determine:
how parents access funded ELC for their child
the criteria providers must meet in order to deliver funded ELC and
how ELC is delivered (in line with the Scottish Government's four principles of quality, flexibility, affordability and accessibility).
